Coastal Carolina Home Watch is made up of a diverse and talented group of professionals from across the Grand Strand. We are all homeowners, some with investment properties in the Myrtle Beach area This gives us an insight and a unique perspective that comes with owning a property you don't live in full time. Jack Luber
Owner
Jack Luber grew up along the New Jersey Shore. A full-time resident of Murrells Inlet since 2005, Jack has owned property in the Myrtle Beach area since 1997. He founded Coastal Carolina Home Watch in 2005, but has 30 years experience in sales and marketing. He was recently named Executive Director of the National Home Watch Association.
Jack is married with two children. Having done semi-professional and off-Broadway theater work in the New York area, on occasion Jack can be seen on local stages. He is a strong supporter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, American Cancer Society and Murrells Inlet 2020. He is also an avid member of the President's Council of Brookgreen Gardens in Pawleys Island.
When not taking care of clients' homes, you can find Jack out on a golf course.

Hector Moro
Maintenance/Inventory Specialist
Hector moved from New York to South Carolina in 2002. With a background in computer and information technology, he worked for the Xerox Corporation for 30 years. He is married with two children and two grandchildren.

Vicki Drake
Bookkeeper
Vicki, a native of NJ has over 20 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping. A mother of 2 girls, she is very involved in the South Strand Girl Scouts. She has lived in Surfside Beach since 2006. Cookies anyone?

Gary Heilman
Home Watch
Gary, a native of Glen Burnie Md., has been a resident of Murrells Inlet for two years. A former business owner, he is married with 1 child and 2 grand-kids. Gary served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. He is a golfer and boater.

Judy Henley
Concierge
Judy hails from Charleston, West Virginia, where she was a sales manager for Marriott. Judy is also the founder and manager of the Santa Cruz Band. Her experience and background in the hospitality and music industries give her unique expertise and insight into the concierge field. She and her husband live in Murrells Inlet.
