Jack Luber and Jim Owens are residents of the Grand Strand area and have been investment property owners in the Grand Strand area since 1998. They have backgrounds in business management, finance, insurance and real estate. Jack and Jim have been working together for over 20 years.

Jim is married to his wife Janet for 37 years and they have three children and one granddaughter.

Jack and his wife Chris have two children and have been married for 21 years.
