What is a Home Watch service?

Home Watch is a service designed to give you peace of mind while you are away from your Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand property. Inspections of your home are performed on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule by experienced agents of our company.

Why do I need a Home Watch service?

Actually, the question is how can you not have one? So many things can happen in your absence: break-ins, water leaks, electrical problems, insects, mold, fire, floods. Even if you have a trusted neighbor or relative nearby, having a professional acting on your behalf is a much better and effective option. We act as your advocate in your absence.

What do you check?

We inspect both the inside and outside of your property. We check everything from the perimeter of your yard to the air filter and smoke detectors inside your home. A detailed checklist is consulted and completed on each visit. Requests for specific inspections can be performed upon mutual agreement.

What if I have a situation at my home?

Our experience and judgment allow us to handle any situation with a calculated response. If the situation is an emergency, we will handle the problem in the fastest, safest and most cost-effective way.
