Our years of experience and the high standards we hold ourselves to, ensure that your home will be taken care of in a cost-effective and professional manner. Our presence in your home during our Home Watch inspections enables us to be proactive when it comes to preventative maintenance.
From air filters to batteries and refrigerator filters, we will keep your systems in proper working order. We will schedule and oversee pest control applications, HVAC inspections, pool cleanings, pressure-washing and any other scheduled maintenance. Our staff handymen are there to take care of any basic issue that may unexpectedly present itself.
If a more complicated situation should arise, count on CCHW to handle it with contractors that we have vetted for proper insurance, licensing and consumer agency complaints. No uninsured or unlicensed contractor will ever set foot in a client's home. We guarantee that, and our reputation depends on it.
