Door locks are working properly and secured. |

Air conditioning and heating systems are operating and thermostats are properly set to your specifications. |

Security lights and timers are working. |

Plumbing is functioning without visible leaks. |

No visible evidence of bugs or termites. |

Circuit breakers are set. |
| • |
Smoke detectors are functioning. |

Mail is brought inside. |
