• Delays in service due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Clients agree that use of our services is at their own risk, subject to the terms outlined in any signed service agreement.

We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (such as contractors, cleaners, or maintenance providers).
